FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q.   I have a strong case.  Do you think I’ll win?

A.   While it is important to have evidence that supports your position, I cannot guarantee a particular result.  Rather, I can assess the strengths and weaknesses of your case, provide an analysis of the likelihood of success and represent you zealously, competently and diligently.

Q.   I need you to believe in my case.  Do you believe in it?

A.   Of course, I want you to get a good result and will do whatever I can to try to achieve that  result.  Most cases have their strengths and weaknesses.  I will assess your case and decide, with your input, the best strategy to achieve the result you are seeking.

Q.   Are you willing to take my case on a contingency fee?

A.   My decision on whether to take your case on a contingency fee is based on an assessment by me of the likelihood of success as to liability, causation and damages as well as the amount of damages.

Q.   Must I pay the retainer up front?

A.   You must fully pay the agreed upon retainer amount for our retainer agreement to take effect, which is standard practice in the law business.

Q.   How much can I expect this litigation to cost?

A.   Litigation has so many variables (including settlement negotiations, motions, hearings, court orders, extensions of time and continuances, and discovery) that any estimate of the total cost at the onset will be inexact. I will keep my clients advised monthly of litigation costs incurred, so that there are no surprises.

Q.   Do you accept credit card payments?

A.   Yes, you can pay through this link with Law Pay right here on my site.

Q.   How do I know your bill will be reasonable?

A.   I am highly rated through Martindale Hubbell for my integrity.  I am also extremely efficient with my hours and bill typically less than half the hours a larger law firm would bill on major matters such as briefs.
